Mekia Cox cast in NBC's 'Undercovers'

Actress Mekia Cox has been cast in NBC's spy drama "Undercovers."


Cox will replace Jessica Parker Kennedy on the highly anticipated J.J. Abrams series. She'll play Lizzy, the younger sister of the female lead, who is unaware of her family's involvement in the CIA.

Mekia was most recently seen on The CW's "90210" and in the Michael Jackson documentary "This Is It." She's repped by Global Artists Agency and A Management.

"Undercovers" is produced by Warner Bros. and Bad Robot and is considered one of NBC's frontrunners this fall.
