Redmond: The CW picked up everything except for Life Unexpected. What gives? Is it canceled?
No…t yet. I'm told that no official decision has been made by the CW suits as of today, but it's "not looking good" at the moment. We should know "pretty soon." So if you're a fan, you know what to do: Cross all your fingers and toes (or does that negate the first cross? I always forget) and tell every single person/animal/alien you know to tune into Life Unexpected Tuesday night on the CW.

Addy in New York City: I haven't heard much from you guys about The Walking Dead. Have you seen it, and if so, what did you think?
The Walking Dead is awesome...and scary, with incredible makeup and special effects. (Check out our video sneak peek!) Executive producer Gale Anne Hurd told us, TWD is more than just zombie-killing fun: "It's the emotional resonance of decisions you have to make when you survive and a loved one hasn't"—like one character's zombie wife, who lurches home every day because he doesn't have the heart to kill her.

Monica: Gossip Girl!
The hot boys just keep rolling in... Kevin Zegers (Damian) tells us he's doing one episode of Gossip Girl and will be back for a couple more later in the season. Who'll he be romancing this time? If only Kristen Bell were here to give us the goods!

Dennis: What's the word on Puck and Rachel on Glee? I'm so tired of all the Finn and Rachel news. When are Puck and Rachel getting back together?
Sorry, but Ryan Murphy was totally serious when he said that there's nothing in the works for Puck and Rachel anytime soon. My condolences to any and all Puckleberry lovers. Something tells me someone is getting some lovin', though. Though Ryan wanted to keep the storyline as much of a secret as possible, my frenemy reveals that Chris Colfer and Darren Criss are singing "Baby, It's Cold Outside" lends further proof that eventually, they will be more than friends.

Rebecca: What's the deal on Brothers & Sisters? I hated last night's episode for Kevin and Scotty.
I join you in your hatred, missy girl. But fear not, I'm told things will work out. In other B&S news that is not BS (see what I did there?), I'm told that Dave Annable's real-life now wife Odette Yustman will be sticking around for a few more episodes as his love interest, so it seems that (holy shocker!) there is chemistry there. Also, word is they are just now starting to cast Olivia; Richard Chamberlain will be on roughly three episodes and have heavy scenes with Ron Rifkin; and Nora's new love interest Karl isn't going to make it past the midseason mark.

Meri in Utah: Any dish on The Vampire Diaries?
You know how Katherine likes to pretend she's Elena, just for kicks? Well, Elena's about to take a page from her doppelgänger's book. She pretends to be Katherine in an upcoming ep.

Monica: Any chance Mason will be back on Vampire Diaries?
I'd bet my favorite moonstone he won't. I'm told the death will stick.

Heather: Got any really good spoilers on Supernatural? Impress me!
I'd love to bring you the whole enchilada, but I've been told to only sprinkle a little sauce your way on this one because it's a big reveal. I'm told there's a really cool twist coming up regarding something that is missing. I know. I can't believe I just told you all that too! It's like you just watched the whole rest of the season!

I'll take FNL FTW! The final season of Friday Night Lights starts this Wednesday on DirecTV and is not to be missed. I know. You are so shocked that his quality show is, like, quality! But true story: I loved the season premiere. Tami reunites with her hubby at his school, Julie has all grown-up girl stuff going on (moving away to college), and the new QB Grey Damon (who was also the new quarterback on True Blood last season—but this time isn't hooked on "V") is totally drool-worthy. Plus, I've heard a thing or two about how the series wraps up, and at least one storyline is so giddy-good just the mention of it brought tears to my eyes. Either I'm that pathetic (don't answer) or it will be that good.

Heather: Any word on Michael Rosenbaum returning to Smallville?
I wish! But not as much as the producers and Tom Welling wish. That's what I'm hearing from sources—that Smallville producers have asked him to come back for the final season, but so far, Michael has not signed on. I'm told Tom himself also reached out to ask (beg?) him, but again, so far, no dice. Who's got a plane that can skywrite? Let's get creative, people! In other spoilery (and related!) news I'm told that Tess is a ******. Any guesses on which letters fill in those six blanks?

Veronica: Will Kristin Kreuk or Annette O'Toole return to Smallville?
I'm told there's nothing in the works right now on Kristin but Annette is likely to return. Tip: Don't forget to put gas in that skywriting plane before you take it out to skywrite all your Smallville casting pleas.

Beth in Hollywood, Calif.: Do you know anything more about Teri Hatcher's part of Smallville?
Have a box of Kleenex handy for this one, because Smallville bosses Kelly Souders and Brian Peterson tell us Teri Hatcher's role as Lois Lane's mom, Ella, is a major tearjerker. Apparently someone close to a crew member found out she was dying, so she "sat down and made these videos for her child. What we did with Ella Lane was pull that into the show because it was so heart wrenching," says Brian. "It came together beautifully," adds Kelly. "I just watched three takes and I had to stop for awhile because it was so heart wrenching. Teri just had an incredible performance, and it was beautiful."

Athena: So excited for the January return of Big Love. Any scoop?
Chloë Sevigny tells us, "I think that finally you see the Henricksons having to deal with some consequences, for their actions and for their lifestyle. And they are finally getting a little bit of comeuppance."

Riley in Palm Desert, Calif.: Peter Weller (aka RoboCop) deserved an Emmy nomination for his guest spot in Fringe—are we going to see more of him in Dexter?
Dexter is going guest star to the max! The inimitable Peter Weller returns as Quinn's (Desmond Harrington) private Doakes dick; joining him are Chris Vance (Mental, Burn Notice) as security chief for motivational speaker Jordan Chase (Eli Stone's Jonny Lee Miller). You knew Boyd's creepy "Take it now!" tapes would come back to haunt us, right?

Jojo via Twitter: I need to know what's going to happen with Lumen on Dexter. The tension is killing me!
You're not the only one! Next week Dex finally targets a fresh kill—but as usual, things don't go smoothly. This botched attempt leads to a hilariously staged murder scene—but also a deeper, trusting relationship between Dexter and Lumen (Julia Stiles). We just wish we didn't have to see that bloody bathtub again. Don't people take showers anymore?

Marion in California: Got anything on Will and Alicia in The Good Wife?
When the Lockhart & Gardner team has to leave a fundraising dinner early, Peter and Will's new lady, Tammy (Elizabeth Reaser), have time to chat. Tammy drops some not-so-subtle hints about Will being in love in college and now. Needless to say it just adds to Peter's long list of growing suspicions. On a related note, anyone else wishing for a Will and Alicia at Georgetown flashback episode?

Brandon: Hot mother of all, when will Teddy come out of the closet on 90210? Also, dying to know if Annie and Liam will get back together?
Actually, I'm only the mother of 1.5, but to answer your first question: Next year. And to answer your second question: Soon. That's the word on the scoop batphone anyway.

Shenae Grimes is the new Bette Davis, yes? This theory will be tested when 90210 launches an All About Eve storyline for Annie. Annie's cousin Emily comes to visit Beverly Hills and steal away all of Annie's acting jobs and friends while deceptively pretending to be a clueless naïf from the sticks. Interesting…Any casting ideas from the Lucy Hale/Willa Holland/SMG division of tiny fierce actresses?

Jamie in North Carolina: Got anything on No Ordinary Family?
Jim has been keeping a secret from Stephanie, J.J.'s superpower secret finally comes out, and Daphne's powers uncover a student/teacher relationship that is practically an epidemic on TV these days. Also, the Powells might not be the only supers in town. They're getting new neighbors who are harboring a secret—so either this new family has powers too, or they're hiding a homicidal relative in their basement, à la Desperate Housewives back in the day.

Jeffster is getting some fun-filled airtime tonight on Chuck's awesome "Aisle of Terror" Halloween episode. Says Scott Krinsky (Jeff): "We're given the task of decorating the Buy More for Halloween, [which becomes] another little mission for Jeff and Lester." Adds Vik Sahay (Lester): "[This is] yet again an instance where their worlds cross over into Chuck's world." Translation: Danger ensues. Alice in Georgia: I love Sam Page, and I love that he's on every show I watch! Can you tell me anything about his upcoming gig on The Event?
Yes ma'am, we can! Sam tells us this about his bad-boy Event character: "I play somebody from Sean's (Jason Ritter) graduate school. We used to be computer hackers, but Sean went the route of video game design, and my character went the route of stock broker. So when Sean's on the run and he needs some help from someone who can find information [through] hacking, he calls me." Sounds like some sexy covert operation fun!

Jesse in Carlsbad, Calif.: What's coming up on Cougar Town?
An Andy (Ian Gomez)-centric episode, that's what. Our favorite Cougar Towner (shhh, don't tell!) is about to ponder his place in the cul-de-sac crew and whether or not he would even be a part of it—better yet, if he'd even be friends with Jules (Courteney Cox)—if he hadn't married Ellie (Christa Miller). Don't worry, Penny Can will live to see another day, it's just a fun look at Jules and Andy's attempt to become besties without his wife hanging around.

Terri in Georgia: Cougar Town has turned into such a great ensemble show—more people should watch. Got any scoop?

Gail: What's coming up on Community?
If you liked Community's paintball episode "Modern Warfare" last season, you'll love this week's Halloween zombie adventure, "Epidemiology." It's on the same action-movie scale, plus there are crazy-scary special effects and some un-freaking-believable "undead" makeovers.

If you're still a little anti-Alice (Heather Hemmens), you might actually switch teams in the not so distant future. 'Cougar Town': Byrd romances Wolfe

Sources confirm to me exclusively that Collette Wolfe—who starred in NBC’s ill-fated summer series 100 Questions—is joining Cougar Town as a grad student who gets romantically involved with college freshman Travis (Dan Byrd).

That noise you hear is functioning alcoholic Jules filling up her “Big Joe” wineglass.

Wolfe is slated to appear in multiple episodes, the first of which is scheduled to air in November.
 

Ken Jenkins joins 'Cougar Town' family

Bill Lawrence, aka the mayor of Cougar Town, has said that he wants to start incorporating cast members from his last show, Scrubs, into his current one, and by God, he’s a man of his word: I’ve just learned exclusively that he’s just rehired Ken Jenkins.


The actor formerly known as Dr. Kelso has been tapped to play (and how perfect is this!) the father of Courteney Cox’s Jules. There are no story details yet and no air date, but obviously, it’ll be among the fall episodes. And it’s probably a safe bet that Pops will pass through Town to weigh in on his little girl’s big romance with her neighbor, Grayson (Josh Hopkins).

To me, this is such good news that the only thing that could possibly make it better would be Jenkins’ Homefront missus, Mimi Kennedy (Dharma & Greg), being cast again as his wife. But that’s just me. What are your thoughts? And which Scrubs alum would you like to see Lawrence bring to Town next?
 

Details on Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston's 'Cougar Town' reunion

It’s official: ABC is confirming what I first reported last month: Courteney Cox will reunite with her former Friends costar (and real-life BFF) Jennifer Aniston in the show’s second-season premiere on Sept. 22.

Who will she play? Keep reading for all the exclusive details straight from exec producer Bill Lawrence…

“She’s going to play Courteney’s shrink named Bonnie,” reveals Lawrence, referring to Cox’s character, Jules. “Kind of a get-too-involved-in-her-life-type of therapist. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life Jules wishes she has.”

This marks only the second time the pair have worked together on a scripted series since Friends went off the air in 2004. Their first reunion was in 2007, when they re-teamed for an episode of Cox’s FX dramedy Dirt.

Lawrence says Cox rightly wanted to get Cougar Town on its feet before playing the Aniston card. “It took us a while to find the show,” acknowledges Lawrence. “And once we did and once it was clicking, I think that not only did Courteney feel comfortable talking to Jen about doing it, but comfortable in how funny she thinks the show is and that Jen would like it and fit into this world really well.”

“It starts and ends with Courteney and Jennifer being really great friends and excited to work together again—especially doing comedy together,” Lawrence adds. “Every day that those two talk they have more ideas about [the role]. It’s definitely something they’re both involved in creatively.”

Lawrence is hoping viewers that tune in for Aniston’s guest appearance will realize the show has evolved from its original conceit and stick around. “I want as many people as I can get to see what the show kind of became last year,” he says. “It went from a typical TV show trying to find itself to something that I’m really proud of and like and think is really funny.”

But back to Aniston, given the massive amounts of emotional baggage that Cox’s character carries around, might we see Aniston’s shrink return? “We’re very intentionally implying that it’s a therapist Courteney has been using for a while, and we’re certainly not going to make it like they’ll never see each other again,” he says. “So I’m crossing my fingers that if she has a good time it’ll happen again.”

Jorja in Boise, Idaho: Loved the Scrubs-Cougar Town casting scoop! Any other stars interested in coming on the show?
Well, Bill Lawrence has asked his cast if they have any friends who want to guest star, and Busy Philipps tells her famous bestie may be on board! "Michelle Williams and I were talking about how hilarious it would be if she came on and played my sister," she laughs. "I don't think her agents are going to go for it though." Um, we are! A Dawson's Creek reunion is long overdue, don'tcha think? I wonder what that Joey girl is up to?

Montana in LA: Anything on Betty White's guest spot on Community?
I hit the set on Friday and can tell you Betty White is doing something you would never expect—I literally almost fell to the ground in shock when I walked in on the set, because it was a far cry from the usual Greendale atmosphere! Betty also told me she'll be doing something at the beginning of the Primetime Emmys with host Jimmy Fallon, so you can look forward to that awesomeness. She also said she's totally open to more Community despite her very busy schedule.

Joanie in Sykesville, Md.: Glee! Glee! Glee!
Glee, it is. We caught up with some of the gang at last night's Breakthrough Awards (including Miss Dianna Agron, winner of Breakthrough Newcomer honors) and found out that Jane Lynch is bringing some Glee goodness to her Saturday Night Live hosting gig. Since her week-long SNL duties happen while Glee is in production, Brad Falchuck tells us one of the show's writers will be right there with her to pen some Sue Sylvester zingers. And some of the other Glee stars will be making their way to NYC to see the show.

Landon: Did Michael Emerson say anything when you talked to him about guest-starring on True Blood. There's been talk of this, and I want it to happen!
So does he. Michael tells me: "Whenever I see Alan Ball, he says, 'I must write something for you,' and I say, 'I'll be there in a heartbeat.' So we have an understanding and liking of one another. I certainly think he's a fantastic talent and maybe they'll find some little tidbit for me next season." Michael also tells me he loves Nurse Jackie, The Good Wife and Big Bang Theory and would be open to guest-starring on those shows as well. Though a run-in with the real-life Ben Linus might make Sheldon's head implode.

Anything on the cast of Dancing with the Stars?
We've heard all the same rumors as you: The Situation, Brandy, Troy Aiken, Jennifer Grey (because nobody puts her in the corner!), Teresa Giudice, Ali and/or Roberto and Landon Donovan…However, a source close to Landon tells us it isn't true. No one is confirmed yet.

Benny in Rhode Island: On Gossip Girl, what's the deal with Serena's new love interest? Does this mean Serena-Dan and Serena-Nate are over?
I'm told that the Dan-Serena-Nate triangle is definitely not over. The new squeeze is played by Sam Page and he isn't the kind of guy she usually dates. Thoughts? Which guy are you rooting for?

Francesca: Will Dean be living with his baby mama when Supernatural returns?
Yes.

Neil in Boise, Idaho: Didn't you hit the Chuck set? How was it?
Magical, as always! Yvonne Strahovski was shooting a fight scene on a catwalk with supermodel Karolina Kurkova, and it's definitely going to rank up there as one of the best girlfights evah on Chuck. Yvonne also answered one of your fan questions—whether Brandon Routh/Daniel Shaw will return—in a way I think will make you happy! "Oh man, another rise from the dead!" Yvonne says with a laugh. "I don't know how the fans would like that one. I think we have to leave the love triangles alone this time around because I think the fans just want to see Chuck and Sarah together for a little while before we bring in an evil love interest." Yvonne says of Chuck and Sarah: "They're together now. It gets very couple-y. We're sort of finding our couple feet and the story is going to take us into finding Chuck's mother."

Bryden in Maine: Any news on this season of Chuck?
One more tidbit: Armand Assante will be back on Chuck this season as Alejandro Goya, the king premier of Costa-Gravas, but this time he's bringing his woman with him! Yep, look for Mrs. Goya to appear in episode four; producers are hoping to find a major name to play the part. (Any chance they could get Salma Hayek for the gig?)

Deirdre: Please, how about some scoop on James Tupper, Meredith-Derek, Cristina-Owen or Lexie-Alex? I'll take anything on Grey's Anatomy?!
Hearing some pretty amazeballs things about the new season! I think you guys are gonna dig it. Word is, three of the Seattle Gracers may be held back from surgery after the traumatic events of the season finale. It's definitely gonna leave a mark. But thankfully the yumminess that is James Tupper will be there to help pick up the pieces. I'm also hearing Lexie will be suffering from some serious PTSD, so that's probably gonna leave a mark on any on current romantic entanglements.

On 90210, can you say who the guy who is going to come out of the closet is? Will he have a love interest? Also, what's up with the rapist teacher guy? Is he out?
No, I can't name the gay character (sorry—I'm glad you asked, but I can't tell!) but I can tell you he definitely will have a love interest, and actor Kyle Riabko has been cast to fill the tole. As for Mr. Cannon, I'm told he'll be Silver's senior advisor. Dun dun dun.

Brandon: Anything else on 90210?
How about an Entourage-ish crossover? Naomi is going throw a crazy-lavish 18th birthday party early in the season and Adrian Grenier's band Honey Brothers has officially been named the house band. Pretty cool, huh?

"I think it'd be a nice tradition to start off that the viewing public can go on vacation with us everywhere some year," Eric tells us. "There's been talk of things, but nothing set in stone." Now we're dying to see the MF crew hit Gloria's old stomping grounds in Colombia.

Actually, we are going to learn something about Mitchell's childhood that is (dare we say it?) even better than the Pritchett siblings' figure skating past. Are you ready? Drumroll, please... "You learn that I was a child actor," dishes Jesse Tyler Ferguson. Best. Storyline. Ever. Also, Claire and Phil's middle daughter Alex enters the world of tween romance/heartbreak in upcoming episode called "First Kiss," but does the kissage actually happen? Hmm…

Matt: Give us some goods on True Blood! This season is better than ever.
Keep your eyes on Arlene (Carrie Preston). According to her real-life hubby Michael Emerson, he's "glad she's able to be the one human story this season so far, because there needs to be a human element." But he warns us ominously: "She's going to have some superhuman challenges coming up." D'oh! BTW, Michael told me more Lost fans now than ever are coming up and want to talk about the show, because they want to know what he thought of the finale. His verdict: "Carrie and I were very moved by the Lost finale, but we had to talk about it for a few days before we really sorted it all out in a satisfactory way."

Heather: Anything on True Blood? Will Joe Manganiello be back on One Tree Hill at all?
He told us he'd love to, and he has the space in his schedule, but I'm told there's no talk right now of him returning, sorry! But at least you get to seen him scantily clad in an upcoming ep of True Blood…Which some of you probably won't hate.

Bentley in Georgetown, D.C.: Will Dan Byrd be back on Cougar Town now that his character is going off to college?
We'll let Cougar Town boss man Bill Lawrence field this little question: "Travis is at TV College, come on! TV College is twenty minutes away!" Got it? "We had him going to a local school just so he can walk into any scene without us having to explain it," Bill laughs. Also, keep an eye out for Travie-Poo to move back home full-time in the not so distant future.

Zach in Santa Clara, Calif.: What is the deal with the two universes on Fringe and what does it mean for Joshua Jackson that Peter doesn't have an alternate?
You can file this under no good, very bad news: Josh is only in every other episode. The artist formerly known as Pacey Witter himself told us he isn't in the season premiere and he's not in any of the odd-numbered episodes. Blasphemy! Why are the powers that be doing this to us, you ask? We spoke with his co-star Lance Reddick who spilled that, "Every other episode is going to be either one universe or the other. So, they're going to be alternating universes at least for the first half of the season." On the bright side, at least Josh now has more time to plan next year's Pacey-Con, and that upcoming guest stint on The Vampire Diaries.

Shane in Pittsburgh, Pa.: Will Jenna finally find out the truth about vampires on The Vampire Diaries?
Nope, you can expect Aunt Jenna to remain blissfully unaware of the supernatural happenings in Mystic Falls, at least for now. How can that be when she was in the house while Katherine was chopping off Uncle John's fingers and Jeremy was upstairs downing blood and pills? Executive producer Julie Plec tells us, "We'll learn in the first episode that she was actually out talking to the fire marshal. When we spoke with Kevin Williamson at Comic-Con he confirmed that we will be seeing some of season one's dearly departed via flashbacks. Our fingers are crossed for the return of fan favorite Anna.
Expect to learn about a lot more about the infamous Katherine. Williamson teased, "Why wasn't she in the tomb? How did she escape? Where did she go? Why did she come to Mystic Falls to begin with? What brought her to Mystic Falls? There's all those fun questions that we're gonna explore."

Jacqueline in Arizona: Any news on Life Unexpected? I miss them!
LUX returns to the CW Sept. 14 at 9 p.m., whoo-hoo, and the title character, Lux herself, might be getting a new love interest later this season. Producers are looking to cast a broody musician type to romance our fave lost-and-found orphan. Sounds like bad news for Lux's former flame Bug.

Elle in Utah: Any scoop on Parenthood? I love it.
Yes, in an upcoming episode of NBC's Parenthood, Bad Lorelai, er, Sarah Braverman (Lauren Graham) meddles in Drew's love life, an initiative which not surprisingly goes horribly wrong. Ahhh...remember way back when Lauren Graham was the model of the modern mama? Good times.

Teresa in Washington, D.C.: Are we going to see any more of Henry Winkler this season on Royal Pains? Except for maybe that winery episode, he's been almost wasted as Papa Lawson.
Henry Winkler is absolutely back in a major way on Royal Pains as Eddie R. Lawson, and in fact, he's the medical patient at the center of episode 13. Actually, you better wish Hankmed good luck, because they're going to need it in this episode—not one but two Lawson loved ones are going to be a serious danger!

Nelson: I hate to admit it but I am loving Pretty Little Liars. Any scoop?
Bianca Lawson tells us: "We're gearing up to go back and unravel the rest of the mysteries and maybe find out who A is. So get ready for even more drama. The people that you think are the bad guys may not be and people that you think are the good guys may not be. I think there might be a death....It's gonna be really good!"

Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) is a lucky girl! Oded Fehr, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Eion Bailey make for a superstar lineup of possible lovahs, and you can add Chris Gorham's Augie to the mix as well! Gorham says that a romance between Annie and Augie is possible "long-term story arc" for the show.

Jessica: I'm missing Ugly Betty already! Any talk of America Ferrera starring in a new series? Or Michael Urie?
Not at the moment, but I did just hear from the guys at D23, Disney's fan club, that Michael and Ana Ortiz (Hilda) will be doing a concert with some other TV peeps (including Tracie Thoms of Cold Case and Barrett Foa of NCIS: Los Angeles) on September 24 and 25 at Disneyland. You can see Ana pull a diva move (not really) about what she's singing here.

Kelly in Modesto, Calif.: Any news on the Army Wives finale? I kinda love that show—cheesy though it may be.
In classic season-finale fashion, preggo Denise goes into labor (whoo-hoo!), and there are a couple of cliffhanging career changes and an 11th-hour marriage proposal as well. Any guesses on who gets what? The Army Wives season finale airs Aug. 22 at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.

Ausiello: Curiously, I think I’m awesome, too. But I’m also cripplingly insecure—hey, don’t laugh; I am!—so I appreciate the positive reinforcement. Now for that awesomeness-increasing scoop: The show’s season 2 stud muffin, Chord Overstreet, tells us that McKinley High may be about to go the way of All About Eve. “I join the Glee Club and also the football team,” he reveals. “I start off as Finn’s friend, [but] by the end, I slowly become more of his competition [and] give him a run for his money. He doesn’t like that I do both of the things he does, and I do them pretty well, if I do say so myself.” What about Rachel? Will he be a rival for her attention as well? “There are lots of single characters on the show, so who knows?” he non-answers. My guess? He’ll turn out to be the love interest for Kurt that we’ve all heard about. Who agrees with me? Hit the comments!

Question: Is Jan ever going to come back to The Office? —Jordan
Ausiello: Yes! Melora Hardin will reprise her role as Michael’s former boss/lover in this season’s fourth episode, written and directed by showrunner/co-star Paul Lieberstein. “Michael comes in with what he thinks is a pimple, but is revealed to be a cold sore,” explains Lieberstein. “He learns that a cold sore is a form of herpes and so he gets the idea that he has to contact all the women he’s ever been with to tell them.”

Question: What else do we know about Beckett’s new love interest on Castle? —Jonathan
Ausiello: I don’t know what else we know, but I know he’ll be a biker. I also know he won’t be in every episode. “I think [viewers] need to know that Castle and Beckett are in other relationships, but they don’t necessarily need to see those people all the time,” says exec producer Andrew Marlowe. “And then they’ll show up from time-to-time to remind the audiences that they’re in relationships.”

Question: When will you be posting a cheat sheet of all the fall premieres? —Alison
Ausiello: Let me check my calendar. [Beat] It looks like it’s tentatively scheduled to go live when you stop bugging me about it!

Question: Your Grey’s Anatomy spoiler in last week’s AA freaked me out. Derek goes to jail?! Why?! I’m an earthquake survivor, have some compassion. —Fefy
Ausiello: If I had a dime for every time an AA reader played the earthquake card I’d have a, er, dime. Props for the originality. Here’s your answer: Derek gets arrested for being a speed addict. “He’s doing a lot of speeding—in a car, not with drugs,” explains Grey’s EP Shonda Rhimes. “He’s on an exuberant high, that adrenaline rush that one gets after facing death and surviving. It’s something we hadn’t explored before—the idea that when something bad happens you go to a place of, ‘Now I can do anything.’ Meredith, however, sees his behavior as dangerous.” That’s one of two ticking time bombs hanging over the world’s first married-via-Post-it note couple this season. And the other? Two months have passed since Derek’s near-death experience and Mer has yet to tell him about the pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage. Yikes!

Question: Any scoop on Callie and Arizona on Grey’s Anatomy? Is the baby drama over and done with? —Jen
Ausiello: The baby drama is over, but that doesn’t mean the stork will pay them a visit this fall. Explains Rhimes: “Will there be a baby right away? No. Will Callie’s turnaround [about having children] stick? Yes.”

Question: Last week’s NCIS scoop was kinda lame. My socks weren’t knocked off—maybe pulled halfway down, but not knocked off. Got anything else this week? —Chelsea
Ausiello: This should do the trick: The hit procedural will air an origin episode or two this season, according to exec producer Shane Brennan . “You’ll find out how certain members of the team first came to NCIS,” reveals the big boss, who all but confirms that said episodes will feature flashbacks. “It’ll be hard to do them without flashbacks.” Where are your socks now, Chelsea?!

Question: Any chance you could give us the title of Chuck‘s third episode? And if you’re feeling extra generous, an extra scoop on top of that? —Conor
Ausiello: “Chuck vs. the Cubic Z,” is the title of episode 3. And since I am feeling extra generous, the title of episode 4 is “Chuck vs. the Coup d’état.”

Question: Who will inherit the role of rotating Buy More spy “Greta” in Chuck‘s fourth episode? —Joel
Ausiello: Funny you should ask. “We don’t have a Greta in episode 4,” says exec producer Chris Fedak. Adds fellow EP Josh Schwartz: “The Buy More is not in that episode. Chuck’s away on a mission.”

Question: I just watched the summer finale of Pretty Little Liars and loved it! It is such a great show. Please tell me you have some scoop on the second half of season 1. —Ashley
Ausiello: Aria will still be doing naughty things with her teacher when the soap returns. “The affair with Mr. Fitz is my character’s main storyline, so I assume it will continue and become more complicated,” says Lucy Hale. “It is fun to play, and he’s a hot teacher.” It’s also “nice and illegal,” points out Ian Harding (a.k.a. Mr. Fitz). “I am just glad the actress I play it with is nice and legal in real life. That would be weird and creepy if she wasn’t. And let’s be honest—it’s not like I am 50 or something. I am a pretty young teacher.”

Question: How long will Olivia be behind bars in the alt-universe on Fringe? —Grace
Ausiello: Sounds like she’ll be sprung well before November sweeps. “I don’t want to spoil it, but I think it is safe to say she is not going to spend too much time stuck in a cell,” says Anna Torv. “That’s not her bag…. I don’t know how she will get home though. Remember how much energy and planning it took to get the others home in the finale?”

Question: The wedding blind item you posted has to be Peter and Olivia from Fringe, only the biggest shocker is that it’s actually Bolivia (bad Olivia) from the other side. —Caroline
Ausiello: Compelling theory. Too bad it’s wrong. But you bring up a good point: Given the intimate moment Peter and Olivia shared in the finale, Fauxlivia may not be able to keep up her little ruse for long. “I guess we will see how similar they really are,” Torv says with a wink. “You have to wonder how long Fauxlivia can stay undercover with him.”

Question: I just bought the first season of Vampire Diaries and watched every episode back-to-back. Can you help out a new (sleep-deprived) fan with any Season 2 spoilers that may have popped up since Comic-Con? —Brandon
Ausiello: At Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards, Katerina Graham told us that Bonnie will become “even less tolerant” of the vampires this season. “She is going to become quite the power player among the supernatural [set]. I think she is going to be noticed by some of the big baddies this season. She is gaining powers rapidly this season so I encourage all the villains and the bad boyfriends to stay clear of the Bennett witch!”

Question: Do you happen to have any spoilers on the two-hour NCIS: Los Angeles season premiere? —MJ
Ausiello: It’ll be the “Kensi and Marty Deeks show,” reveals exec producer Shane Brennan, referring to the spin-off’s nascent crime-solving duo played by Daniela Ruah and newly-minted series regular Eric Christian Olsen. “The banter they are writing for us is hilarious,” adds Ruah. “I burst out laughing during table reads. I think our viewers are going to really appreciate the addition [of Eric].”

Question: One Cougar Town scoop, please. —Alex
Ausiello: Would you like that to stay or to go? Before you answer, I should warn you: There’s a crazy lady named Alison harassing customers in the dining area. Your order’s ready! “There’s a big Dirty Dancing episode coming up with Jules,” reveals CT exec producer Kevin Biegel. “It’s not a parody of the movie, it’s just the actual dancing. I think we’re going to pair up Jules and Andy [Ian Gomez]. They might have a proclivity for it.”

Question: When will we learn whose baby was switched on Desperate Housewives? —Kim
Ausiello: Within the first 10 minutes of the season premiere.

Question: Any scoop on Justin Bieber’s CSI episode? —Chris
Ausiello: I think you mean episodes. According to exec producer Carol Mendelsohn, the pop phenom will appear in the season premiere and then again in episode 15, which is slated to air in February. “He plays Jason McCain, a troubled teenager who is faced with a difficult decision regarding his older brother,” she says. “We think he’s this really good kid who’s put in this very bad situation. But we will get a glimmer at the end of the [premiere] that perhaps he’s not the good kid we thought.”

Question: Any juicy spoilers on who’s coming out of the closet on 90210? I need more hints than just Liam, Navid, or Teddy! —Jacob
Ausiello: One of them will soon be making out with actor Kyle Riabko. Sources confirm to me exclusively that the Broadway vet—he succeeded Glee‘s Jonathan Groff as the male lead in Spring Awakening—has been cast as [spoiler]‘s love interest.

Question: I’m still not clear on how exactly Castiel fits into Supernatural‘s new monster-heavy theme this season. —Kim
Ausiello: I’ll let EP Sera Gamble take this one. “Castiel is a full-powered angel,” she explains. “He was restored at the end of last season. He went back up to Heaven, and Heaven is kind of a mess. Dark angels are locked in the basement. It’s kind of chaotic. He has what he feels is a mission to clean things up. That’s where we start him off. He also has a very personal relationship with the boys. That also continues. That’s where we start him this season. He’s in a very interesting position. He’s sort of caught between the problems of Heaven and the problems of Sam and Dean on Earth.”

Question: Any Private Practice scoop? —Rose
Ausiello: I’m hearing something about a twist in the season premiere involving one of the show’s main couples.

It's interesting you use the word "pop in" because Ryan is thinking the same thing. After all, she's going to be too busy with Ryan's other project to do a full on guest role. "She loves it, but I keep saying 'You have a movie to promote. You don't have time to be on Glee'," Ryan says to us while doing a little of his own Eat, Pray, Love promoting. But keep your eyes peeled for her anyway: "Maybe if I do something with Javier, maybe I'd have Julia come on and just do a line or something." Funny that, cause Javier is confirmed to be guest starring.

Reed in North Carolina: Are One Tree Hill and Life Unexpected really doing a crossover?
Yes, it's true! Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) and Mia (Kate Voegele) will swing by to see Cate (Shiri Appleby) at the radio station for some nice crossover love on the Oct. 12 episode of LUX. I'm told the CW execs are hoping to get the OTH crowd fully sucked into LUX—as you should be!

Pete in Okla.: Have you heard what Ali will be up to now that The Bachelorette is over?
Sweet li'l Ali isn't really even sure of that herself: "My reason was to find love on the Bachelorette. The media frenzy brought a lot of good things in my life, [and] I don't think I'll be going back to Facebook, but who knows. I definitely have some people who are advising me right now, and will figure out what's the next best move. I want to make the best of this blessing that we've been given." Ali did just sign with an agent, so something tells me she's having a go at the whole show biz thang.

Sarita in West Hills, Ca.: A friend slipped me a copy of NBC's new show The Event and I was pleasantly surprised. They're not going to let us down, are they? I'm, intrigued!
I've already gone on record that I love it, and I'm pleased with what I've heard from the producers, but more importantly Jason Ritter told me at the TCA (Television Critics Association Press Tour) that he was relieved to hear from so many critics that they liked it, too. Now, mind you, just like Lost or Heroes, The Event won't be loved by everyone, and some of you will be cursing my mother (how dare you!?) when you see it for birthing a child who grew up to love this show, but I stand my ground that the pilot is wicked cool. Oh, and speaking of wicked cool, guess who just scored an exclusive sneak peek of The Event's not-yet-released marketing campaign...Spoiler alert: Me! Check it out:


Wanda Two Saints: How about some Lost scoop?
Wah! I have to say I'm missing this show more than ever now that we've just come through Comic-Con and TCA and none of our favorite Lost peeps (save for Daniel Dae Kim) were there. Apparently, the show really IS over. Oh, and because I never pass up an opportunity to gloat (kidding), I have to point out how cool it is that the Lost auction has confirmed my report in May that the Man in Black's name was Samuel. As I reported right after the finale, Titus' character was listed as Samuel in all the scripts, and now in the Lost Auction, there is a chair back where you can clearly see "Samuel" written under Titus Welliver's name. All this to say: boo-ya!

Bernadette in Neb.: What up with Ellie and Andy on Cougar Town in season two?
Like we can possibly get a serious answer out of Cougar show man Bill Lawrence and his wifey/series star Christa Miller. Here's his response to your question:
"All my wife does is pitch different fantasy ideas of actors that she can make out with besides Ian Gomez. It's not against Ian Gomez. But in her head, she feels (a) She's kissed Ian Gomez, and (b) She doesn't get sexy makeout scenes with any other actors. Literally, there was a meeting at my office with [Law & Order's] Jeremy Sisto, and this is how it went: 'He's cute. Maybe we can see a flashback scene that Ellie had sex with him.' I'm like, 'Maybe not.' There's no safe way to let your wife have fun." Love these two, by the way!

Kelly in Boise, Idaho: I'm a diehard Everwood fan and so happy Sarah Drew will be back on Grey's this season. She will....Right?!
Yes, she will! She's been promoted to series regular, actually. I just interviewed Sarah at her house today (that interview will run closer to Grey's premiere in September on E! News and E! Online). And I can tell you that not only is Sarah one of the most instantly likable people you could ever meet (pinky swear), she vows that her character April will be less hateful this year. "This season is all about the redemption of April!" Sarah promises. "Her McDreamy crush is completely over and what happened with the shooting will change, her I think." Speaking of, she's also already spent some quality time with McTreemy (James Tupper of Men in Trees) and says he's fab, "the fans will love him," and also "he's not hard to look at." Who knew?!

Monica in Santa Barbara: Will Sarah Drew be back on Glee? Please say yes!
Apparently Brad Falchuk said yes, and that's even better, since he's one of the show's bosses! Sarah tells me that Brad assured her that her character Suzy Pepper would be back to offer some "sage advice" in the new season of Glee. When I verbally smacked her down for stealing all the jobs on shows with hot dudes, Sarah told me flatly, "I don't care!" Love. That. Girl.

Britney in New Orleans, La.: I'm excited for Grey's Anatomy to come back, especially after that crazy finale! Do you have any idea what's coming up for my new favorite regular, Jesse Williams?
Rejoice in the hotness that is Jesse becoming a full timer at Seattle Grace! (And the guy Sarah calls "McPretty.") As for his character's romantic life, he tells us that while he isn't exactly sure what lies ahead for him, he is "sure something will come up soon out of a shared experience we've all had." The shared experience he speaks of is of course the shooting, the crying, and all the whatnot and what have you from last season's finale. "People are more willing to expressing their feelings and they feel like that clock is ticking and time is precious, and it's time to be honest with each other," he says. Well said, sir.

Michelle in Santa Barbara, Calif.: Please tell me that Matthew Morrison isn't shaving his head for the Britney Spears episode! How will Sue insult Mr. Schuester now?
It might just work, though. Think of all those bald jokes she could come up with! There have been no official confirmations (or denials) about MM shaving his curls off, and when we asked Matthew himself about it, he flashed that charming grin and got all coy with us: "I have no idea what you're talking about." Don't get cute with us, sir. Ok, you can. Matt then reminds us that we shouldn't always listen to the gossip. "It's a rumor at this point. How many rumors are there about Glee? There are so many rumors. What can you believe?" he rants to us. I believe a bald Mr. Schuester would look like the child of Mr. Clean and Sinead O'Connor. (P.S. Have you seen Lea Michele on set in her "Baby, One More Time" duds? Squee!)

So, what you're saying is that you're dying for some scoop on Bachelor Pad? Got it. But we'll throw you some Glee info anyway. Chord Overstreet, the new dude at McKinley High, tells us that among other things, his character will be "competition" for Finn. Awww, poor Finn. We don't know how much more he can take after Jesse St. James stole his solos and his girl last year! Chord also reveals that Finn will discover his character's singing skills as he's singing in the shower. Sound familiar?

Dionne in W. Va.: Chuck! Chuck! Chuck!
Don't you worry your pretty little heads about any continuity issues on Chuck because Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak have assured us that the barely introduced Governor from last season will be seen again in the new year. "The governor is still a part of the show," says Chris. "We want to do big, exciting stories. So right now, going into season four, it's really about the search for mom." So the governator will be a side story...but still a priority. Anyhoo, I'm hearing that True Blood is expandin their "Fairy World" set, which I assume (whomp me over the head if I'm being dense) was the heaven-like world we saw in Sookie's near-death experience in last week's show? Also, I'm pretty sure there are vampires on this show, but don't quote me on that. Also, I'm told Alan Ball is now prepping to shoot his new pilot All Signs of Death on the same studio lot as True Blood, so we can look forward to more good TV—and hopefully no less involvement from A.B. on T.B.

What in fang's name is she hiding from Sookie?! Well if you want just one more week, little ol' Hadley will be introducing her cousin to another family member. Enough Chuck and Blair! I want the goods on Rufus and Lily, the best couple on television. What's up for them this season? Also, is Michele Trachtenberg going to be a regular?
I'm told that Michele is not a series regular, though we'll definitely be seeing her in the beginning of the season, obviously. And as for Rufus and Lily, not a whole lot of major action going on there in the beginning of the season. But stay tuned!

Drew: Is the baby really Dan's on Gossip Girl? Will Jenny Humphrey be back?

Well, when I asked a good show source if there's hope for Chuck and Blair he said "Of course," so take that for what you will. Meanwhile, in real life, our very own Hollywood Party Girl is reporting at Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick have reunited into full-fledged coupledom. Guess he doesn't really care that just last week, Jessica was swapping spit with another gal (and we know this little gem thanks in large part to our partner in crime Marc Malkin). I wish Kristen Bell's voice was narrating all this cause it'd be far more fascinating...

Gail in Canton, Ohio: Do you have anything, anything at all on the last season of Friday Night Lights? I know it doesn't come back for awhile, I need something!
Friday Night Lights returns to our TV, (at least on DirecTV's 101 network), at the end of October, but we know all of our old favorites are back, including Adrianne Palicki. But why does Tyra come back? "In the last few episodes you really find out why it's been so hard for her to come back to Dillon," Adrianne tells us. "She's dealing with her own issues and you see a lot of what she's been going through." What kind of issues do you think brought Tyra back? Tim Riggins and his dreaminess? Discuss.

Ooooh, I do like a good threat. So at risk of getting threatened by Betty White when I hit the Community set this Friday (don't you wish your girlfriend infiltrated sets like me), I will reveal that according to sources, Betty will be doing a rap with Abed and Troy at the end of the episode in which she is guest-starring. The S is for Super and the U is for Unfreakingbelievably awesome. I think the episode may go down as one of the best ever. Just a hunch!

Zion on Las Vegas: How about some How I Met Your Mother news?
OK, so don't have a mayjah meltdown when you hear this, Carter Bays, one half of the HIMYM brains, recently said: "If HIMYM is a three-act play, then last season was the end of the second act, and this year will be the beginning of the third act. We're beginning the push toward what the ending of the series is." That doesn't mean the show is ending...trust us! It really just means that these guys are as brilliant as Darlton and are making sure they're able to end things on the right note when the time comes.

Felicity in Orlando, Fla.: I kinda love Alex and Turtle on Entourage. Can they make it work after all?
The beautiful Dania Ramirez gives us a big fat "maybe" on that topic. "I do think he's charming in the way that he's really into her," she tells us. "But she's trying to make things happen and trying to stay business [minded], and that's another reason why she doesn't want to cross that line." So to sum that all up...maybe? Mixing business with pleasure doesn't always lead to success after all...

Without spoiling anything from the premiere (sorry guys, it's still a little too early for that!) we can tell you that according to show runner extraordinaire Kurt Sutter, this Abel/babynapping storyline with drive a majority of the season. Translation: Don't expect to see that rockin' little kid back in his daddy's arms any time soon.

Tammy in La Quinta, Calif.: Can you tease anything else about Sons of Anarchy's upcoming third season?
Abso-freakin'-lutely, we can. The third year of SOA won't really consist of one big bad, but if that title must go to someone, then Kurt Sutter bestows it upon...the Man in Black?! OK, OK, we kid. But seriously, Titus Welliver's Jimmy O'Phelan will be an evil presence throughout the season. Paging Matthew Fox! (Someone needs to take this guy out, too!)

A high five!? How can I say no? The star of the first episode back is, undisputedly, the croquet mallet. Whether it's being clutched by Shane as he explains his murder style to his bro Silas or being used by Nancy in other acts of vandalism...you must remember, this is not just "a stick". It is evidence, and the final scene of the episode (starring the mallet!) eerily marks the beginning of a long road of running for the Botwins.

Jovanni in Santa Fe, N.M.: Any word on how long Adam Rodriguez will be back on CSI: Miami?
As a matter of fact, we just caught up with the studly star on the set of the CBS hit, and got some majorly good news. Just how long will Adam stick around CSI: Miami? "'Til the wheels fall off I imagine." Woot-woot! "I left and came back to round out the character and in doing that, everybody decided it was best to come together again. We did that, so off to a new start now, season nine. It was nice to get a breather and come back recharged and sort of ready to take it on all again in a new way." And it's equally nice to have you back.

Walter in Naples, Fla.: Hi! Has Breaking Bad been renewed for a 4th season? Please say YES...
If you insist...YES. But we're going to have to wait a while, unfortunately. Aaron Paul told us last week at an event for the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (celebrating his Emmy nomination, of course!) that they don't start shooting Breaking Bad until January, and it will probably air next summer. "Vince [Gilligan] wants more time in the writers room with the rest of the staff," Aaron explained. "He wants to have most of the scripts done by the time we start shooting so he can be out in New Mexico with us and grabbing the reins." More bad news: Star Bryan Cranston, also nominated for his third Emmy (Walt and Jesse FTW!), told us he's "leaning towards not" directing any episodes this season. "I burn myself out and it took a while for me to recover last year—I think it's probably best that I don't do it personally." Instead, Bryan said, "for the premiere episode of our fourth season we will hopefully [have] a feature director who enjoys the show—there's a lot of people interested."

Kitty in Scottsdale, Ariz.: I'm a huge Closer fan. Can you get any scoop on that show? It's so brilliant but it's largely overlooked, which is a shame.
At least Kyra Sedgwick isn't overlooked—she just received her fifth Emmy nod for The Closer. We spoke with her last week at a nominees celebration, and she dished, "The season is about attraction. Things that are attracted to you, things you're attracted to, whether it's people or jobs or the attraction to play god, to be a helper, or to be needed. There is this whole chief thing that goes on. Pope really wants it bad—there's really great stuff with me and J.K. Simmons, which is wonderful because he's so amazing and we underutilize him. So I'm happy this year that we're not doing that."

Rising star Ryan Devlin, who recently lost his job as Shatner’s titular son on CBS’ laugh-challenged new fall sitcom $#*! My Dad Says, is poised to rejoin ABC’s Cougar Town this fall for multiple episodes, sources confirm to me exclusively.

Last week at press tour, exec producer Bill Lawrence strongly hinted in an interview with EW.com that Devlin would reprise his role as Smith, newbie lawyer and love interest to Philipps’ Laurie.

“We went into this year prepping for Ryan to be on [$#*!],” Lawrence told us, “so now we’re in the middle of trying to decide what we’re going to do. I enjoy him, so I think I want him to still be in our world. But I don’t know if [Laurie's] going to be [tied down] the whole year.”

Question: As of today, I have officially seen every single episode of Grey’s Anatomy, and now I don’t know what to do with myself! Grey’s scoop, please! —Bea
Ausiello: Even though nearly two months will have passed since the shooting rampage, Derek will still be in pretty bad shape when the season starts. And I’m not talking physically.

Question: What can you tell us about the Grey’s Anatomy premiere? —Claudia
Ausiello: A major character will be sent directly to jail by the end of the episode. Hint: This person has already been name-checked in this week’s AA.

Question: Do you know if NCIS will deal more with what happened to Ziva in Somalia? —Carlee
Ausiello: Funny you should ask. Exec producer Shane Brennan just told me the following: “In November sweeps, we dip again into a story that perhaps everyone thought was played out. It involves Ziva.”

Questions: I am dying for some NCIS scoop. Any news on the season premiere? —Lyss
Ausiello: Brennan says the resolution of last season’s cliffhanger will “speak volumes about what sort of dad Gibbs Sr. was to his son. And you see why Gibbs is very much cut from the same cloth. He may be old, but he’s feisty.”

Question: Is Rena Sofer returning to NCIS? —Brenda
Ausiello: “She’s not in the premiere,” says Brennan. “But she didn’t die. And unless they carry you out feet first, never say never.”

Question: Any scoop on Private Practice? —Alex
Ausiello: Dexter’s dad is paying a visit! James Remar has been cast in the potentially recurring role of Gibby, a physician with Doctors Without Borders and an old friend of Pete’s. He’ll first turn up in this season’s third episode. Oh, and in case you missed TVGuide.com’s scoop, Pete and Violet are getting married in the premiere. (BTW, there’s no connection between their nuptials and this story. Thought you should know.)

Question: Please tell me you have some Bones scoop that doesn’t involve Booth’s new girlfriend. I really need the distraction. —Amy
Ausiello: As they approach their first-year anniversary, Angela and Hodgins will remain an “ironclad couple,” says exec producer Hart Hanson. “They are in the honeymoon phase but they keep getting smacked in the head. But the honeymoon phase never goes away. They are deeply, deeply in love. We just want to do everything to a couple you would do to a couple that is going to go through life together. Sort of the opposite of Booth and Brennan for the time being.” Hanson adds that he plans to “have the kitchen sink thrown at them” this season, “but they’re together for always. We could change our mind next year, but they’re pretty strong this season.”

Question: What’s this I’m hearing about a sniper stalking the Bones gang this season? —Dave
Ausiello: “We’ve got someone worse than the Gravedigger coming,” teases Hanson. “And if the Gravedigger is Evil Brennan, this next person is Evil Booth.” Sounds like a sniper to me. “Booth was a sniper,” Hanson points out, “so it may be a sniper.” In related news, sources confirm to me exclusively that Hart Hanson is legally changing his name to Teasy McTeaserson.

Question: Can you give us any sort of clue as to who is going to die on Bones? Is it a series regular? —Camilla
Ausiello: I’m 92 percent certain it is not a series regular. Hanson, meanwhile, would only tell me “it’s someone we know.” This Just In: Hart Hanson is changing his name yet again. He will now be known as Cryptic McCrypticson.

Question: What’s in store for Cate and Ryan on Life Unexpected this season? I love them together. —Ken
Ausiello: Their marriage is going to hit a few bumps, but none of them will involve Baze. “Baze has been a thorn in their side, but in the second season, the dynamic is going to shift a little bit,” reveals exec producer Liz Tigelaar. “Whereas before they had a common enemy in Baze—all of their problems can kind of be blamed on him—they come to realize that maybe other things are more of a problem. Removing Baze from the equation highlights some other things they hadn’t quite worked out. This season is very much the story of a young marriage and the trails and tribulations that they go through and the way you’re kind of thrust together, torn apart, and brought back together. It’s like everyone always says—the first year of marriage is the hardest. I think that they’re going to experience that.”

Question: I’m still really bummed about the Emmys snubbing Cougar Town—especially Busy Philipps for supporting actress! Can you give me some scoop to ease my pain? —Ed
Ausiello: This next piece of news should leave you feeling both happy and a little gay: Exec producer Bill Lawrence hints that Travis will make a gay friend in season 2. “One of the reasons Travis is going to college,” says Lawrence, “is to expand our world a little bit.” In possibly related news, Cougar Town is casting the role of Travis’ “enormous jocky college roommate” named Kevin. Think Quinton Aaron from The Blind Side—only with better fashion sense. (That last part is purely speculative.)

Question: Anything you can share about Tim/Tyra from Friday Night Lights? —Lisa
Ausiello: I asked Adrianne Palicki—star of Fox’s near-perfect fall drama Lone Star—about rumors of a Tim/Tyra reunion in season 5, and here’s what she told me: “I think if anybody ends up together it should be them. They’re so right for each other. They’re the same.” I tend to agree with her. Palicki and I also see eye-to-eye when it comes to costar Connie Britton’s long overdue Emmy nomination. For her thoughts on that, and scoop on FNL‘s wrap parties (plural), press play below.

Question: Got any scoop for Sons of Anarchy fans? I can't wait for the new season! —Kara
Ausiello: Maggie Siff (Tara) tells me that season 3 picks up almost immediately where season 2 left off. "The first episode is just a couple days after the last episode, so it's really the aftermath of the [kidnapping]," she says. "So there's still a lot of shock involved. There's this reckoning of guilt and fear and anxiety and adrenaline. The whole season is [like] that."

Question: How are audiences responding to Quintuplets? —Sara
Ausiello: You complete me, Sara.

Question: Thank you for all the scoops the past two weeks! You are completely forgiven for skipping a week of Ask Ausiello. I would love you even more if you can give me a Psych scoop, preferably a very good one. —Cecilie
Ausiello: I'm kind of shocked this hasn't gotten out, but James Roday revealed the identity of the Yin-Yang killer to me at Comic-Con—and our cameras caught the whole thing! Roday also told me that Dana Ashbrook is confirmed to guest star in the show's upcoming Twin Peaks-themed episode. BTW, if you're too lazy to go watch my interview with Roday and Dule Hill, I'll just tell you who Yin-Yang is here: It's **** *******s. Can you believe it?!

Question: Scoop on Castle, please. Are Castle and Beckett getting together anytime soon? —Maggie
Ausiello: You obviously missed my interview with Nathan Fillion at Comic-Con, during which he revealed that Castle and Beckett would spend much of the season married—in the figurative sense—to other people. Exec producer Andrew Marlowe both corroborated and expanded on that scoop when we caught up with him at press tour. "We will be introducing a boyfriend for Beckett in episode 4," he revealed. "It's someone new and surprising." Castle, meanwhile, will still be going strong with his ex—although fellow EP Rob Bowman concedes "he would prefer to be with Beckett. He acted as a gentleman should last year. She said she was with somebody else and he stepped back. But I don't think he spent his summer where he preferred to spend it. I think he wants to be back with her. We also know we like to have fun with the boy/girl chase and that as soon as he lets on any intention that he's interested, you know she's going to punish him. And that's why we watch the show."

Question: I know she's on CSI: NY now, but is there any chance Sela Ward will be returning to House this season? —Josh
Ausiello: No. That particular 'ship has sailed. This season's all about the Cuddster. "House and Cuddy alone in a room have had chemistry—that's never been in doubt," says exec producer Katie Jacobs. "Can it work in the real world? Can it work with them being coworkers? She's his boss, she has a kid, he's always breaking the rules... Can it work? I don't know, but that's the question [this season]. And she's not necessarily trying to change him. It's not like she goes, 'Oh well, I'll give it a try with House and hopefully he'll grow up.' He's never going to grow up. And she sort of thinks, 'I love him enough, maybe it could work. It's complicated.'"

Question: I'm kind of obsessed with your story about House's new opening title sequence. How exactly will it be different? —Jennifer
Ausiello: Let's ask Katie Jacobs, who's working on the revamp as we speak. "It's not all new," she says, "but I'm making a few changes because Jennifer [Morrison] is no longer in the main titles. And I am changing a little bit more than that, but I'm not changing so much that you're losing what you love about the opening titles." Jacobs also confirmed that a "few new names"—presumably Olivia Wilde and Peter Jacobson—have been added to the opening as well.

Question: What's coming up for Scotty and Kevin this season on Brothers & Sisters? —Dennis
Ausiello: "Something very risqué," teases exec producer Greg Berlanti. "I'll leave it at that." You thinking what I'm thinking? 'Cause I'm thinking this has open relationship written all over it.

Question: Any more Gossip Girl scoops? I'm dying here! —Jessica
Ausiello: The bitch is back and more powerful than ever. "Blair at NYU was like throwing a fish far, far out of water," says exec producer Josh Schwartz. "I think [this season] you'll see Blair with her power back, with her swagger back, back in her game, but still troubled by thoughts of Mr. Bass. The Chuck/Blair relationship—whether they're together or not—will always be a huge drive to the show emotionally."

Question: I have created a Facebook campaign for Burt Reynolds to host SNL and I am trying to spread the word about it. Thanks for your time. —Kathleen
Ausiello: What an unbelievable coincidence. I'm starting a Facebook campaign to put an end to Facebook campaigns that involve old people hosting SNL. Spooky.

Question: Any juicy and/or shocking news about the new season of Desperate Housewives? —Arno
Ausiello: Stop me if you've heard this one: More than one cougar will be preying on Brian Austin Green's handyman character. I'm told both Bree (Marcia Cross) and Renee (Vanessa Williams) will sink their claws into the artist formerly known as David Silver this fall.

Question: Did you get any Supernatural scoop at press tour? —Jackie
Ausiello: Sure did. Considering the theme of the season is monsters, it's probably no surprise that the first big mystery concerns, er, monsters. "Sam and Dean are looking into the fact that monsters are acting off-pattern," explains exec producer Sera Gamble. "It's sort of a post-apocalyptic landscape and monsters are acting in various weird ways. It's a monster mystery." Gamble is also hard at work on an episode that pokes fun at the Twilight phenomenon. "I was just doing a bit of work on the script today with [series creator] Eric [Kripke] and he was like, 'So what is this reference to dropping an apple?' I was like, 'You don't know the dropping an apple thing? It's from Twilight!' I was like, 'Come over here! You have to watch the promo!' There are a lot of references to Twilight and our former [timeslot companion] Vampire Diaries."

Question: Do you know how I can get a hold of one of those awesome Entertainment Weekly pillows from your Comic-Con video suite? —Stephanie

Question: With Liz Vassey leaving CSI, what can you tell us about the fate of Wallace Langham? —DJ
Ausiello: He's staying put. In fact, sound like he's getting a promotion. "We're focusing primarily on the core team this season, and I want to bring Hodges more into that core group," says exec producer Carol Mendelsohn, who adds that Vassey will be back in episode 2 to wrap up Wendy's story line. "I think fans will be satisfied. She will be able to say goodbye to Hodges, and Hodges will take his anger and heartbreak out on a fellow tech."

Question: Who is Timothy Olyphant playing on The Office? —Jeff
Ausiello: A rival paper salesman with a deep, dark secret: He used to date Pam!

Question: Thanks for all the How I Met Your Mother spoilers. Can I please have some more, kind sir? —Jen
Ausiello: Yes, ma'am. Ted is getting a serious love interest this season. "There's going to be a new woman in Ted's life that is very complicated and intriguing," says exec producer Craig Thomas. "It's going to be a big arc, a huge arc for this season. It's going to be a little bit less date-of-the-week for Ted, which is what season 5 was. Last season we kind of just had fun with Ted. This year, we're back to the fact that Ted is the "I" in How I Met Your Mother. There's going to be a huge push of forward momentum for Ted on that search and that journey. We're going to meet the biggest female character we've maybe ever added to the show in Ted's life and it's very complicated and intriguing at first. I can't say a lot more than that."

Given the events of the finale, is Gibbs' job in danger on NCIS? — Jonathan
ADAM: The murder of Pedro Hernandez will add a new layer to the already contentious relationship between Gibbs and Director Vance. You'll see Vance's somewhat shocking reaction in the premiere, but executive producer Shane Brennan coyly tells us that it may also give hints to Vance's own mysterious past. "Sometimes when you think something's done, things pop up years later," Brennan says. "You've got that famous moment where the new director moves into his office for the first time and shreds a piece of paper. That's one of those moments."

How bad do Mike and Susan's finances get on Desperate Housewives? — Rob
MICKEY: With Mike's business on the skids, Susan's finger-painting with the kiddies isn't going to pay the rent. To help out, she'll get a house-cleaning job. And wait until you see her uniform, gentlemen.

What can you tell me about my favorite Grey's Anatomy couple, Arizona and Callie? — Maggie
ADAM: Callie is about to pop a life-altering question, and it's safe to say that Arizona will be a bit freaked-out. And even though Jessica Capshaw, who plays Arizona, is pregnant, that doesn't mean her character is. "This is not being unveiled," Capshaw says of her pregnancy. "This is below a counter, in back of an X-ray, hidden by a big file. This baby is camera-shy."

House and Cuddy — give me the dirt. — Caren
MICKEY: The writers and producers of House "are addressing all the concerns one might have when the main characters of a show get together," Lisa Edelstein says. "This is a real relationship." One snag: House might be ready to pursue love with Cuddy, but he ain't exactly ready to be a dad. "We're just now getting into that now," Edelstein says. And it doesn't sound good.

Are we really supposed to believe that Brennan is happy about Booth's new girlfriend on Bones? — Taylor
ADAM: Supportive is a better word. She's certainly not thrilled, but Brennan might get some action of her own. "We're going to look at some different possibilities for Brennan now; she will definitely look into some different love interests," Emily Deschanel tells us. "She wants to be happy for Booth, but I think there's some jealousy there."

How will the vamps and weres interact on The Vampire Diaries? — Tamara
MICKEY: "In our world, our vampires know very little about the werewolf mythology, other than what anybody who's watched Wolfman or read books has learned," says executive producer Julie Plec. "They're going to be surprised at what they can do." Well, not everyone will be surprised. Katherine, it turns out, has a long history with the werewolves of Mystic Falls.

What will the vibe be like between Castle and Beckett in the new season of Castle? — David
ADAM: Beckett's not happy that Castle has returned from his summer in the Hamptons without so much as calling her, especially after her crushing disappointment in the Season 2 finale. But Stana Katic says the duo's chemistry is still intact. "I don't think they're back to square one," she says. "They have so much history. There's nothing that can untie that kind of a bond between those two characters. They should still have the same kind of swordplay."

Is Travis really going to go away to college on Cougar Town? — Joshua
MICKEY: He is, unless Jules shrinks him down so small that he can live inside her blood! Trav marks his first days as a college man similarly attached to his mama, much to the amusement of his roommate (producers are seeking a Quinton Aaron type), who bestows upon Trav a series of nicknames, each more humiliating than the last.

Anything you can tell us about the new season of Criminal Minds? — Richard
ADAM: The new season is focused on secrets. "We will learn that every member of the team has a secret that they try to keep from the others," executive producer Ed Bernero says. "In some cases, they're successful. In other cases, it threatens the trust and fabric of the group."

I'm excited for Law & Order: Los Angeles, but not about the cast so far. Are there any more coming? — Dave
MICKEY: Now that Alfred Molina and Terrence Howard are locked in to share deputy district attorney duties, they need some assistants. We hear they're looking for a young Latina woman to fill one of those slots. My pick: My Generation's Daniella Alonso, who deserves a better show.

Any updates on the new team member replacing Liz Vassey on CSI? — Brittney
ADAM: Two things: First, the new team member won't exactly replace Vassey. "We did not hire a new cast member," executive producer Carol Mendelsohn says. "It's potentially recurring, but at the moment, it's for one episode." Second, the new CSI, to be played by British actress Sienna Guillory (Criminal Minds), will be a total BABE. (What? It stands for bombs and ballistics expert!)

Give me scoop on Peter's re-entry this season on Fringe. — India
MICKEY: Joshua Jackson says we should focus on that mysterious machine that we saw in the season finale. "The most crucial thing in his life is what that machine is and what he is to that machine," he says.

Mickey's Mega Rave: At the TCA awards, Glee executive producer Ian Brennan gave critics a sneak peek at Sue Sylvester's continuing reign of terror, quoting one of her lines from an upcoming episode: "Don't go soft on me, Will. I realize you're mourning the loss of that bony little redhead you're in love with. And I understand, it's not just a loss for you — as she appears to be the link between early hominids and man, it's also a loss for science." Waiting for Season 2 of Glee to begin... that's hard.

Adam's Mini Rant: I am intrigued by Rubicon, but if the show wants to pay homage to such films as The Parallax View and All the President's Men, it should also try a little harder to match the quick pacing of those films.

That's all that can be said on behalf of you fans who were not-so-secretly hoping for the death of a certain love triangle (one that 30% of TV fans are "so totally over") on Grey's Anatomy.

Jake from Aspen, Colo.: Any idea what's happening in Michael Scott's life since this is his last year at Dunder Mifflin?
What? Steve Carrell's leaving the show? Nobody told us! Thank god Angela Kinsey filled us in: "Michael Scott will leave. Which is gonna make for great television, because how's he gonna leave? Does he get fired? Does he come up with some ridiculous reason to quit?" she spitballs to us during NBC TCA's press rounds. Michael may be leaving, but not before some people come back, and not just Holly. "Michael gets a medical condition and he has to find his lovers to talk to them about what's going on. So, we're going to see Jan [Melora Hardin] coming back," Angela spills.

Luca in Santa Monica, Calif.: Seriously? The Office without Michael Scott? Can it be done?
His co-stars are all saying that yes, it will happen! "I don't think it will end at all, because I think there's so much to keep going," Ellie says honestly. Angela dittos her cast member. "I really think as a cast, we feel like an ensemble, and the writers write us that way," Angela tells us. "I know there's usually a main Michael Scott storyline, but we have such a great group of people, I think that anyone could really step up to take on a bigger role of running Scranton branch." We vote for Kevin! Who do you vote for?

Wendell: Did you catch up with Scott Patterson at the NBC party? How about Lauren Graham? Yes, I'm still having a hard time letting Gilmore Girls go.
Aren't we all? Which is why you should check out this video below in which Scott confirms to me that his freaky-deeky new mysterious show, The Event, is all about: a Lorelai and Luke reunion! Jace in Oxford: Any chance Maura Tierney will pop up on Parenthood anytime soon?
Lauren Graham is snug as a bug over on Parenthood, and Maura is ready to kickass on her new ABC show The Whole Truth. But that doesn't mean the folks in the 'hood aren't still partial to their onetime costar. In fact, there is still a picture of Maura in one of the kitchens on the show! And since we know you care, Maura is happy and healthy and excited to get back to work. "It's a really wonderful feeling to know that people care about something that you do," she tells us. "[And] it's a priority for me now to work with people I really like and watch."

Jackie in Los Angeles: I'm so excited to see Maura Tierney back on my TV. Can you tell me anything about her new show The Whole Truth?
First, the lovely Miss Maura isn't the only pretty face in The Whole Truth. Numb3rs star Rob Morrow joins her back on the small screen this fall, and in case you're concerned, this is not your normal procedural. "Every week you get to decide whose case you're liking, and if my case a stronger case or Rob's case is stronger," Maura tells us. "Unfortunately in life, justice is not always achieved. The bad guys don't always get convicted and the good guys don't always succeed, so the audience is privy to that." Plus, Maura's got a teensy bit of insight on the topic—her dad is a lawyer and her brother just passed the bar.


Kristin in Laguna Beach, Calif.: I need Modern Family back in my life. Do you have any scoop to give until it comes back for season two?
At the TCA Press Tour, Emmy nominees Ty Burrell and Sofia Vergara told us they could not wait to get back to work (starting today!), so they are right there with you. And because Ty was sporting a beard that he had to shave off come shooting time, he and Sofia brainstormed a way to keep it for Modern Family. "We could write it into the first episode somehow," he reasons. "Phil's been in the jungle…" "…in Colombia," adds Sofia with a laugh. I bet that would be an awesome episode. Ty and Sofia also let us know that the gang has had a table read for just one episode, so it looks like we'll have to wait until later before we can drop more spoiler bombs on you.

Tom in Dallas: Is it true that Jimmy Johnson is going to be on this season of Survivor? Stay tuned: We will reveal the identities of all the Survivor: Nicaragua Castaways next Monday, Aug. 9 at 6 a.m. PT. We interviewed all 20 contestants—plus Jeff Probst—on site in Nicaragua during their first week of filming and have tons of scoop to spill...but we are sworn to secrecy until next week.

Bradley in Missouri: What happened to that Glee audition process on MySpace? Has anyone been chosen?
Right now, Ryan Murphy is focusing on core character development, so no one has won the big prize yet, but Fox exec Kevin Reilly told reporters Monday morning that it's still very much in the process. " The characters Ryan originally envisioned will be added later [in season two]." So keep your eyes peeled!

Rain in Ohio: Will Adrienne Palicki be back on Friday Night Lights?
She tells us…yes! She confirmed today while promoting her new show Lonestar that she just shot the last two episodes of the upcoming and (likely last ever) season, adding that it was basically like a "big family reunion" and that nearly every original cast member was there.

Jessica in Ohio: Just heard David Cross has joined Will Arnett's new show on Fox. So excited!
Felicity is right there with you! Er, make that the extremely talented (don't you dare say otherwise!) Keri Russell, who will play the girlfriend of David's character on the new Running Wilde, told us this morning: "We fly home this afternoon and start shooting at 6 a.m. Tuesday. Max in New York: Any fun stuff to share about Matthew Perry's new ABC show Mr. Sunshine?
It's all pretty fun (as evidenced here), but Matthew himself is looking forward to one scene in particular a few episodes in: "It's women, in lingerie, playing football." And really, what guy could say no to that? He also teased casting his Fools Rush In costar Salma Hayek in the role of quarterback, but yeah, that was a joke.


Justin in Rockford, Ill.: I am so over that whole Teddy-Owen-Christina triangle on Grey's Anatomy. Is it over? Please tell me that it's over!
I can't tell you, but Kim Raver can. And she can report that, yes, "for now, the triangle with Owen and Christina is done." Hollller! Let's chest bump on that one, shall we? Plus, she tells us that we'll get to see Teddy try her hand at romance—with someone new, who is presumably named neither Kevin nor McKidd. "We have some people coming in, very talented, very good looking," she says with a sly smile. "So, Teddy gets to dive into that world, which will be a lot of fun to watch." And watch we will.

Carrisa in St. George, UT.: Did Jessica Capshaw tell you anything else about the new season of Grey's Anatomy? Thanks for the great scoop from her!
That she did! "The main thing you're going to see [when Grey's returns] is who delivers and who doesn't deliver on promises made during the season finale," she tells us. "It's definitely a come-to-Jesus moment for everybody. 'Sh*t or get off the pot.' And the season builds from there. Shonda [Rimes] and the writers found a really beautiful, delicate middle ground from which to spring to the next season. It's going to be really great!"

Please tell me you have some leftover Smallville scoop from Comic-Con?
Justin Hartley is hopping on the Tom Welling bandwagon and taking a stab at directing an episode later this year. "I'm directing episode 20, I think," he told us in SanDiego. "That may change, but it's what I've been told. It's really late in the game so I couldn't really mess things up at that point, right? Or I could ruin it. People might say, 'What is that?! Oh it's Justin's footprint, great. '" Um, we doubt that, but it's cute to know he's a little nervous. And Tom's directing another ep this season, too, so good things are happening all around!

Janine in Yucaipa, Calif.: Any word on when we'll see Clark in the actual Superman suit on Smallville?
There's no exact "when" available at the moment (although Bryan Petersen and Kelly Souders did say during Comic-Con that we will see it in some form in season 10), but Tom Welling tells us this: " Whatever we do, I want to make sure we earn the suit at the end." So expect to see Clark going through some big things before he dons the blue and red.

Joey in Grand Rapids, Mich.: Loved your Bones scoop! Anything else you can spill?
Well, I'm heading to interview David and Emily right now at the Fox party, so stand by! In the meantime, we know we'll be seeing Booth in Afghanistan, but did you know that Emily Deschanel is directing that episode? While talking to us at Comic-Con, they hadn't started filming those episodes quite yet, but Emily had been to the Afghanistan set in Los Angeles to scout it out. "It's very hot," she informs David. "I do not envy you." So, a shirtless scene then, right?


Peggy in Santa Barbara, Calif.: I'm really worried that with the shocking Dexter finale, my favorite serial killer will be totally different next season. Can you ease my mind?
Dexter will be dark this season. Very dark. But, says new show runner Chip Johannesson, it might be a good dark—like a throwback to the Dex of yesteryear. "In a weird way a big weight has been lifted and he's back to the Dexter we know and love from the first season."


Lizzy in Memphis, Tenn.: How does Taylor Kitsch's storyline wrap up on the fourth season of Friday Night Lights? Everything works out, right?
Er, sure. Happy endings are just everywhere in Dillon. And unicorns really leap over rainbows to run wild with puppies that chase bunny rabbits. Come on! You know with the combo of the chop shop and the birth of Billy's child that something bad has to happen. It's the perfect storm, and the perfect opportunity for Taylor to exit with an amazing performance. I'm telling this not to hurt you, but to prepare you. Someone has to do it, after all.

Betsy in Idaho: Any other Cougar Town scoop to spill?
S#*! My Dad Says' loss is Cougar Town's gain, because Ryan Devlin will definitely be back as Laurie's boytoy Smith Jerrod on the sophomore series this fall, big boss Bill Lawrence tells us. Hell to the yes!

Kelly in Austin, Texas: Can you talk about the 90210 premiere and where things are when it returns?
Better yet, well let Michael Steger (Navid) fill you in: "It starts off strongly with Naomi's character dealing with how it left off the season finale," referring of course to the perceived rape in the season finale. And as for that sicko teacher, Michael says: "It's a pretty intense storyline, and he's still around." Still very much around, we're hearing.

Reggie: Is it true that one of the main guys will be gay on 90210 this season?
Yes, it is.


Hannah in Richmond, VA.: Thanks for all the Castle scoop. Nathan Fillion is my boyfriend. Can I get some more goods on the new season?
He's your boyfriend? I guess we can share. Well, you saw that the will they, won't they aspect of Kate and Castle hits a real snag when Kate arrests him in the season opener. Bummer. But the writers told us at Comic-Con that they definitely love playing with that relationship and all the push pull that comes with it, so prepare for more sexual tension! Hooray!

Jessie in Chicago, Ill.: Castle news, if you got it.
Castle's daughter Alexis will be all up in the dating world next season! And even though she takes care of her dad more than he takes care of her, we'll get to see somewhat of a father figure from Castle. And how does Nathan think his character will deal with his daughter's dating life? "I'm sure he'll take it real well," he says sarcastically. Can't wait to see Castle chase off boys with a shotgun!

Jenna in Flemington, N.J.: Do you have any scoop on Psych?
"We're gonna need a Speak 'n Spell and seven pounds of mashed potatoes—that's how much scoop we got from the Psych crew after their amazing panel at Comic-Con, including more details on their upcoming Twin Peaks homage. "It's my favorite TV show of all-time," said star and episode cowriter James Roday, adding, "I think we're going to be able to deliver on a promise of several Twin Peaks alum" in the cast. "We're hoping that we can somehow work Ray Wise [who starred as a priest in last season's Exorcist-themed ep] back into it," said Steve Franks. Most important, said Franks: "There will be pie! And there will be a woman of some sort carrying some sort of log."

Elizabeth in Knoxville, Tenn.: Do you know anything about Psych? I'm excited for some Shawn and Gus psychic detectiving. "Mr. Spencer (James Roday) and his associate (Dulé Hill) will square off against their nemesis Despereaux again in the winter season premiere, Psych's Steve Franks told us at Comic-Con. The detectiving duo return to Canada to extradite the criminal mastermind back to the United States, and "let's just say, stuff happens in this episode," Franks said. "If we get him, Cary Elwes is coming back to play Despereaux."

Nevin in Atlanta: Good lord, True Blood is offing people left and right! Can you tell us what's coming up next?
You've probably heard 90210's Michael Steger is stopping by True Blood later this season, and this new gig is a far cry from his West Bev sleuth. "I'm a drug runaway who has a very interesting trade that feeds into his drug addiction and his lifestyle.," Michael tells us. "It's a really dark youth and he's just a lost soul. I meet the King of Mississippi, and I resemble his love of 700 years. They have an interesting chemistry." Whoa, whoa, whoa—what about Talbot?!


Wendy in Glendale: How does the Jeff and Annie finale kiss affect Troy and Annie on Community?
We're not going to lie. He's going to be pretty bummed. But really, it's Annie who's struggling to deal with the makeout sesh. "Her emotions will run high either way," Alison Brie tells us, "But Annie is so impressionable!"


Kellie from Las Vegas, Nev.: The Office. I only care about one couple in Scranton: Dwight and Angela. What's the word?
Babies! No, seriously. "They start this season with a procreation contract. And Angela is very business like, so she's determined to have her "sex appointments" with Dwight in order for procreation," Angela tells us. Meaning, Angela flat-out corners Dwight about babies. "She does come up to him and they have a system that I don't want to reveal, but it's funny." We hope it doesn't involve trading beets for sex. Actually, that'd be kind of awesome…

Gracie in West Lafayette, Ind.: The cutest couple on TV is Andy and Erin from The Office! Is there hope for them?
Hate to break it to you, but after getting the scoop from Ellie Kemper, it doesn't look so good for Andy and Erin fans. "I'll tell you, at least in the beginning, I think there is romance for Erin, but not with Andy," she reluctantly reveals. In that same answer, she also mentions Zach Woods coming on full time, so we can only assume Erin and Gabe will be doing some work outside the office, if you know what I mean. "I think there's some love between the two of them. I don't know if I can say too much!" Ellie laughs. Darling, you just said more than enough.
