Another low-rated repeat-filled Sunday, with ABC's summer dramas series "Scoundrels" and "The Gates" falling into single digits.
"Scoundrels" (3.2 million viewers, 0.7 preliminary adults 18-49 rating) was down 13% and "The Gates" (3 million viewers, 0.9) dropped 10% -- both their lowest numbers yet.
On CBS, "Big Brother" (5.4 million, 2.3) slipped a tenth, and was the highest-rated program of the night.
Overall, Fox won the evening with animated repeats.
