This year I'm moderating Comic-Con panels for Fox's "Human Target" and Starz' "Spartacus: Blood & Sand" -- two freshman dramas making interesting changes for their second seasons. "Target" (Saturday at 6:15 p.m.) is welcoming "Chuck" veteran Matt Miller as its new showrunner, while "Spartacus" (Friday at 3:15 p.m.) is doing a short prequel season before star Andy Whitfield makes his return.
